Trestles Coastal Cuisine

A rare treat!! Excellent, attentive service and some of the best food around. We started with a selection of fresh oysters that immediately transported me to the coast. Then on to surf and turf (a perfectly cooked filet and the most fragrant lobster tail I’ve ever eaten). There is no such thing as rubbery, overcooked seafood here. All of it was prepared perfectly - scallops, shrimp, fish. I even took a bite of the lamb, and it sealed the deal...every single dish our table ordered was spot on. And the owners, Jose and Mimi, are wonderful people that really care about their food, their staff, and their guests. It shows.

Amazing! Oysters were great. Happy hour was a good deal! The entrees were the star of the show! Delicious champagne sauce for the Ono, a duck treat, and fantastic African Bass. Finally after the amazing meal we ended with an enormous gluten free cream puff with an amazing chocolate glaze finish! What a meal!

I wanted to take my husband somewhere to get crab cakes for his birthday. We live in the Springs but came up since Trestles had good reviews... And for good reason! He got the crab cake appetizers, I got the salmon BLT, and we got our kids the shrimp Coastal Bowl (I think that's what it was called) to split. All was excellent and we look forward to coming back!

The best ever. The couple that owns this place travelled up and down the coasts sampling their favorite seafoods. They prepare them now for our delight. And watch out, their lamb is to die for!

The food service and atmosphere was fabulous, our whole family went and the server did a fantastic, friendly and thorough great job. This was a great experience for me as a foodie, I love this restaurant the menu is very authentic. Love everything that we ordered of the menu, the salad was fantastic you could tell the croutons were made there what an awe-inspiring salad.
I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody who would like to have some good seafood, if I lived I downtown Castle Rock this would be the place where I would go for lunch and dinner. I can keep on going all day, and tell you how great this place is, truly a great environment to come and relax.
