My first time trying cava, and I’m a fan. I’ve now been back 3 times. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and it was clean. Love it! My one suggestion would be to bring back the normal soda machine -not a fan of the weird sodas.

Super friendly staff the couple of times I've visited. Wife loves the food. I think it's OK, but I'm not a huge fan of feta or hummus, but a huge fan of a happy wife.

Yuuuhuuummm!!! Fast casual Mediterranean food! Think Garbanzo but updated and modern with better protein options.

Braised lamb? Yes please! Must try for lunch or dinner!

Patience as a new restaurant gains it's footing y'all!

I was super excited for this location to finally open. I was greeted by the entire staff whence I entered and was informed that i was their first customer of the day.
The staff was friendly, inviting and efficient. I ordered the Pita w/ chicken and the ingredients were fresh and tasted delicious. I am super appreciative that there is a new healthy and affordable option here in Castle Rock.

We were lucky enough to dine here tonight as part of their soft opening and is was delicious! Fast casual concept with healthy and fresh Mediterranean bowls and pita sandwiches. My husband and I each had the Harissa Chicken Bowl and it was to die for - quite spicy but that’s just how I like it. Our daughter had the Greek Chicken wrap and it was equally yummy. My husband kept saying “I don’t want this to be over” while he was eating. That’s always a great sign of a good meal! Will put this on our regular rotation of restaurants when we go out.
