IHOP

Immediately was seated. Felipe was our waiter, who was very attentive and friendly. Food was brought out quickly and looked great. Taste was also good.

Restaurant was clean including the bathroom. Service was good and food arrived timely. Ordered the Breakfast Sampler. All items arrived cooked to order. I requested to replace the pancakes with additional scrambled eggs and our watress was happy to make that change. We would eat there again. My only complaint is the pricing is a little high.

I especially love the SPICY POBLANO OMELETTE & the cupcake pancakes. The omelette is loaded with flavor in every bite. The cupcake pancakes is a huge winner for those who love moist and warm white cake.

IHOP is iHOP right? I mean the food is food, and the price is decent. So when you go in you really know what to expect. However, this Castle Rock location is great. They always have great staff, and get your food to you quickly. Continuity is huge and they hit that target. Food is never over/under cooked, and they are super efficient. Good work management! Getting a well oiled machine like this up and running is not easy. Stay consistent and classy!
