McDonald's

I wouldn't normally give a McDonald's five stars but this one is an exception. From a delivery drivers perspective, this McDonald's is extremely well managed. Orders are always on time and the staff are always willing to go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction.

McDonald's does a good job every time I visit. That's the reason I visit there on road trips and the occasional stop in town. The place always has a order line that keeps moving. It's not a Steak House you are going to spend $200 plus tax & tip. I just wish I had invested in their stock 50 years ago.

The kiosk system was down, but the employees went out of their way to honor our coupon. Loved stopping by for lunch. Even though they got one of our burgers wrong, their attitudes made up for it, and kept it a positive experience.

Ok today was my first attempt at kiosk ordering. Kind of forced into it since nobody was working register. Not that hard to do but then asks cash or card. I press cash and it tells me to proceed to counter to pay. Convenience or inconvenience? 2 steps now to order. So I proceed to counter to wait while employees avoid asking me if I need something. As the rest of my party is served their food. Moral of the story: only use kiosk when paying for card. Food was good.
