Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The staff is consistently nice, but there's a strange phenomenon that, after the main course is delivered, that we're then left to the Order Box - as the servers abandon us. The box is fine for ordering drinks, but there's little or no communication from the bartenders to the servers, to drop the drinks. The servers simply focus on the orders that they, themselves, have input. This has happened three times now and is a process problem. The easy fix might be for the bartender to actually get out from behind the bar and drop orders, instead of piling up drinks at the server station. Managers?

Always a great spot for a delicious burger and cold beverage. One of my favorites for years however I feel like the bottomless fries aren't as bottomless as they once were. If you're lucky enough to catch the fleeting eye of your server simply point to your bottomed out basket, flash a smile and give a nod and fresh fries will be quickly inbound! I enjoy the many different burger choices, the flavors they create are delightful and they're always cooked to my preference. Aside from the occasional wait for a refill, be it fries or frosty brew, the waitstaff is attentive and quick. Oh and how could I forget the embarrassing but entertaining birthday shout outs! Balloons, synchronized singing and clapping and best of all a tall, tasty milkshake just for you!
