I had the pleasure of having dinner at Siena in Castle Rock for the first time and it was great.
Being an avid Cook and having gone to some of the finest restaurants in the US this one was no exception.
Their ONION SOUP was FABULOUS!!! And to be able to get this right is a compliment to this Chef because most of the time I am having to add something to what I get to make it taste right.. Not this, it was great.
I had the Blackened Halibut with cream sauce and potatoes .. Very good.
The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was as well. Get out to this place when you want to experience fine dining.
Im just sorry I didn't have a chance to meet the Chef!!! Maybe next time!!

Pretty good. I like the gluten free crust, I'm pretty sure they buy it out of house but its I don't mind because I've had it before and I LOVE this brand. Love the amount of toppings too, its still cooked through all the way.

The menu was a very nice collection of meals that catered to a broad range of tastes. Being a pasta I chose the Spaghetti Bolanese. It was delicious. The pasta was fresh and the chef kept the spices in check which made for a wonderful blend that was pleasing to the pallet. One needs to make a stop here for lunch or dinner and explore the menu. Surprisingly affordable for the budget conscience, it gives you a great return on your investment.

I've been here several times and the food is just mediocre at best. My last visit I had the Thai Chicken Salad, and it was just off, the chicken was bland and the peanut dressing too sweet. There was nothing really Thai about it. My brother had the Seared Ahi Tuna sandwich and it came with a full 1/2" slice of red onion, not just a piece of onion a full 1/2" slice. What kind of chef thinks that's a tasty addition to a sandwich? I'm through with this place until they get a better chef.

We don't venture to Castle Rock often but we stopped here after our painting class. It was great. Live music. Friendly staff. Great food! We all loved our entrees and had a great time!
