Yolanda's Tacos

When I first walked in and ordered my food, I wasn't really expecting much out of it. I thought it was just going to be some ordinary Mexican food but after having the food, I was astonished. The food here is great and the wait isn't terribly long.

Awesome tacos! Typically pretty busy for lunch during the week but they are very quick even when they are busy. By far one of my favorite places!

Fast and friendly service. Food is tasty. Not quite as spicy as I'd like.

Place blew my wife's frickin mind. I liked it a lot too. Connects to a coffee shop which is pretty cool. I'm a coffee addict so it worked out pretty good. Seriously good value. Super friendly staff. They were patient with my wife's indecisive, mind changing, oh-wait-can-I-also-get-a-cookie. Which I appreciate. Loved the food, atmosphere and cool old diner music they played.

Tacos... Here in Colorado people love tacos, and have strong opinions about good tacos. I think that most places have this for all types of fair. So, I don't take writing this post lightly, as I am sure there will be those who disagree. And, if you like fresh made salsas, a variety, from mild (with robust flavor) to SPICY, and you want them over a selection of meats that satisfy, Yolanda's is the place for you. For some reason, maybe because they have truly gluten respectful options, I find myself here at least once a week or more. Hello, tacos! My co-workers laugh when I ask them if they would like to go get some lunch, because they know exactly where I am going to not just suggest we go... Embarrassingly, I kind of demand it. Embarrassment over. Time to go to Yolanda's!
