Jersey Mike's Subs

I've never had a bad meal here. the staff here is super quick and helpful. it is apparent that the management here hires friendly people and they stress customer service. keep up the good work.

I had an online order for a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and they forgot to add the buffalo sauce. I didn’t notice until I got back home after picking up my sandwich. It also was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted on like normal. Very disappointing. I love Jersey Mike’s but not this location.

This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike's. I had a mixed experience. If I had a choice I would make my way to a Subway just for the portion size and more options. But JM has its own upsides, they have fresh cut cheese and I would argue better tasting subs. I had the veggie sub so that's might have been another factor influencing my decision

My wife and I LOVE Jersey Mike's and have been coming to this store for a couple of years but starting a couple of months ago we've been experiencing some problems with one of the female employees. We always get the same sandwich but with different ingredients. They (not always her) would try to make both of them at the same time really fast and then when we would get home, they would be wrong which is very disappointing. A few weeks ago, we asked her in this case to please make them one at a time. She and another male employee actually argued with us and told us that this is the way they are trained to make the sandwiches. After this incident, my wife called the store and spoke with a manager who was very understanding. We could tell that someone talked to her because now every time we visit your store and she's there (on weekends and she's usually there) there's whispering and snickering with the other employees. It has made us so uncomfortable that we are not going to visit your store again for a while. We're in West Highlands Ranch so it's not a big deal to hop on to C470 and head over to the Littleton store off of Kipling. The immaturity that this girl has exhibited is unacceptable and has at the least driven two customers away. Customer service isn't always easy but sometimes you have to just act professional and apparently she just can't seem to do this. This is the second review I have ever posted about any business, as I usually don't feel the need but in this case I do. You guys still make great sandwiches (when they're made correctly) so it's sad that we can't support our local HR store but in this case I'd rather go somewhere else where we feel welcomed. We might try back in a year or so and hopefully she won't be there any longer. Good luck!
