On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

I love this location. The waitress, Shelly, is the best server I've ever had. We go there and ask for her specifically. I've been going there for years and the food is really good, but she is truly incredible. She gets your order right and has no issue with special orders (many of our family have food allergies or special diets). She gives the table great attention and service. The food always comes out quickly and is really tasty.

This OTB is a staple for my friends and family. The food is good, prices are fair and their tortillas are delicious! I always ask for Shelley when we come - she's friendly, hard working and does a fantastic job of taking care of customers whether it's a slow afternoon or the middle of a busy dinner rush. She's the BEST!

On the Border on Quebec in highlands ranch is one of our frequent places for dinner. I would give the restaurant strong ratings for food and atmosphere. What makes it for is though is the service. We always request to sit in Shelly’s section. She makes our experience exceptional on a regular basis. She remembers our names and what we order and always serves with a smile and provides over the top service. She is one of the primary reasons we go to OTB. Way to go Shelly! Thank you for providing an experience that keeps us coming back!

This location and restaurant was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at any sort of food chain. The employees were very engaged and hardworking while the manager seemed to be very interactive with the customers. I am a vegetarian and she was very descriptive and helpful on acknowledging the fact that I don’t eat meat and was very patient with me which I really appreciated and don’t see often. The restaurant was very clean and ran very calmly and professionally. Not to mention the food was amazing!

I gave this restaurant 5 stars because I had such a great experience. I am always trying to find New Mexican restaurants to eat at and that are actually enjoyable and I absolutely love On The Border. There are so many different choices and the food is actually great quality, you can really tell the employees put time into everything detail by detail. My server was Jojo and he was very friendly and well trained. The manager was very engaged and great at explaining the ingredients on the menu. The environment was very stress free and happy. I would defiantly recommend not only this restaurant, but this location!
