Feels alot like food truck fare but with alot better portions for what you pay.
I'm a regular on Tuesdays for their 2 dollar taco deal. -

(December 23, 2019, 5:08 pm)Finally got a chance to check out Rosa Mexican Kitchen- one of Roxborough’s newest restaurants. I got the smothered burrito with green chili and Barbacoa - was absolutely delicious and much better than Chipotle or the likes at the same price point. Everything was fresh and on point, and it’s great that you can order online for pick up. The only thing they need are Sunday hours and beer- I would totally eat there more often if they had alcohol.
