Starbucks

It was supper busy for the holidays, but I didn't wait very long. Micah took my order, but when it came to giving him my name, the place was so loud and me wearing a mask didn't help. I finger signed my name to which he responded someone in his family is deaf and he signs as well! Really cool and nice connection, super friendly staff even with all the stress.

I'd like to start by saying the employees are pleasant and I have no complaints with the customer service. However this is the most inefficiently run Starbucks I have ever been to. Been to this location numerous times and I order the same thing every time, a black coffee. It always takes them around 10-15 minutes for my coffee to be ready. Busy or not it blows my mind that it takes this long to prepare something that takes 10 seconds to make. They typically have 3-6 staff members on shift but yet orders take longer than they should to make even if its a slow day.

This is a great location. After only a few days they had learned my name. And basically my order… which isn’t an easy one.

My drink is always made to perfection. My food is always super fresh. The staff is very friendly. You can tell they love working there.
