    Got there just as they opened, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Pleasant surprise so early in the morning to have people happy at their job. Not the norm.

    I cannot think of a single bad experience at ANY Chick-fil-A restaurant.
    This location being no different. Always incredible service and a clean environment. They treat their employees right, and it shows. The food is incredible, and it's always served with a smile and a "My Pleasure!".
    Seriously, thank you for setting the example for what a fast food restaurant can be!

    Fast and quality,filling food for the price of what you would pay for a Dave's double at Wendy's. Without all the growth hormones. Loving coming here before seeing a movie across the street.

    We are frequent customers, specifically to this location. I am normally amazed by the wonderful customer service. However, Denise provided the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any establishment. While waiting next in line at the drive thru we could hear her using curse words over the speaker due to a register not working. My daughter in the back seat asked my “why that lady was using bad words.” Not professional at all.
    I had my whole family in the car so my order was a pretty big. This clearly irritated Denise as every time I ordered an item she would cut me off before I could ask for anything else and say “can I get you anything else” in the most sarcastic, rude tone. When we got to the window for our food we had a very kind, young woman checking us out. She was great. However, my daughters milkshake was vanilla instead of the strawberry we had asked for. This would normally be a perfectly fine mistake, but when the young woman asked Denise to make the correct milkshake, Denise rolled her eyes, sighed and said “she asked for a vanilla not a strawberry” right in front of me. It’s not a big deal to get an order wrong, but it’s not okay to say these things in front of customers. After that happened I asked the other young woman Denise’s name because I was so appalled by how we were treated. Immediately after I asked, Denise loudly asks her “Oh what does she want now” as if a large order and her remaking my child’s wrong milkshake was too much to ask. She intentionally said things so I could hear. I wouldn’t normally brush such poor customer service off, but both my children repeatedly asked why this woman was so “mean.” I’m sure Denise was having a bad day or something, but that does not give her the right to mistreat customers so blatantly.
