Chili's Grill & Bar

Awesome and fast service given to my Fiance and I when we walked in at the last minute. Staff was incredibly accomodating, and very polite for us showing up so close to closing time. They did not rush, nor make us feel at all like we were burdening them. (I worked in customer service and retail, I am fully aware of the last few minutes of closing time ????) I will definitely come back to visit!! Outstanding experience over all.

Good place for weekday lunch. Service is typically pretty good too. I think they were busier than they anticipated on my last visit. Service wasn't what we've come to expect.

As with all chains there isn't much to distinguish it from any other location outside of cleanliness or drive-ability, stuff like that. This one is pretty standard. Five stars for the friendly staff.

Steve Schirner (the name on the card that was handed out I hope it was him) was an amazing manager. Was willing to change the most difficult TV to hockey for us and I really appreciated it. The service from the server was amazing as well catering to every request we asked for. Thank you guys so much for the respectful service

1 star earned for convenience of location and hours
1 star earned for the waiters kindness
1 star earned for the food taste
2 stars lost because the 2 for 25 meal came with a desert but because I paid for my meal after I was finished eating the waiter stated he would have to cancel the whole transaction out in order to input the dessert order. It could have been done, he could have made the adjustment and accommodated the customer but rather he chose to be technical about it.
