This location is very well maintained. Pretty clean given that it’s filled with kids running around. The staff is very nice. However, with that being said... they are very under staffed so I’m not really sure why, they book so many parties jam packed into time slots. When we got there (15 min early as asked) no one was around to direct us where to go or put our stuff for my 4 year olds party. I walked up to a counter and there were five people behind the counter running around like crazy people. One woman was standing at a register not helping anyone and just looked at me and smiled. So I kept standing there and I hear her say: “I could really use some help putting this order in!” Someone random finally helped me where to go, and the girl at the register turned out to be my “host.” She apologized, which is great, but I had guests arriving and stuff wasn’t set up. I had no idea what was going to happen until someone over an intercom said so. My son DID have a great party, and a great time, but it was extremely rushed and chaotic with no direction. They shouldn’t book so many parties being so short staffed. It’s a very special important day for kids. It wasn’t worth it for what we paid.

We booked a party for my Sons 4th Birthday and just finished up. I had to write a review because Ryan who was our host for the party made everything so perfect and special for my Son the birthday boy and our entire family. He was welcoming and very freindly. He was right with us the whole time and made sure we were well taken care of. I was very impressed with the staff and the food was also great! ❤ Thank you for such a perfect experience❤

I was surprised how clean this one was! The other one I've been to was pretty rancid. Staff were great, lots of birthday fun.

Very good pizza and wings! Fun for our whole family! The birthday cake was moist and delicious. Today's chuck e character was right on with the kids. Good service! Clean joint.

Good customer service. Took my daughter for her bday. She had fun. Too much fun that she didn't want to leave. Just doing 4 out of 5 because we ordered a second pizza and they didn't make it. But we were okay with it as we were kinda satisfied with what we already had.
