The food here is a real surprise when you compare it to the bar. The bar is definitely a dive vibe. The building is old and it shows it age. The beer selection is actually very impressive. The Bloody Mary's are very solid. The mix is not home made, but good nonetheless. The food is superb. Definitely try the green chili. I am not a fan of green chili and their's is REALLY tasty. They do a good breakfast. Many of the items on the menu are scratch made. Don't be turned away by the outside of the restaurant. It's definitely worth the stop.
Drinks were good and the prices were pretty good. That said, it's really bright in there. They could dim the lights a bit. It doesn't need to look like "last call" all night.
Amazing appetizers, service was outstanding and ambiance was perfect. Great place for lunch and beer selection was outstanding. Will definitely be there again.
My husband and I visited one Tuesday night on a whim. Glad we did. Good food and service. Even though we were definitely the oldest in the crowd, it was no big deal. A low key atmosphere. Our waitress was wonderful, gracious and accommodating. She suggested I try one of her blueberry cocktail concoctions. Strong but Delish! Very generous food portions. We came for “trivia night”, a pre-created production shown on one of their big screens. I believe we were the only ones there for that, however we enjoyed ourselves and had some fun. Definitely will think about coming again.
Cool bar with great beer. Went there for a Thursday night with the fellas and they had live music that musicians had signed up for prior. Made for a great atmosphere and fun time. They have pool tables and some screens to watch whatever game is on. The had a great Denver co. pumpkin beer too.
