Good clean fast food place. Great custard. I love their fried cheese curds. Staff was friendly and efficient.

I frequently eat here once a week. Yes, there are times the food takes ages for it to be delivered but only when they are lobby full of guests. Yes, the teenage kids working forget stuff. I've never encountered them never not being friendly though. When the night manager girl is working things seem to work more smoothly versus the guy. Food has never been cold or burnt even when extremely busy. The only thing they can't figure out is if you order gluten free bun. Its 50/50 chance of getting cheese, they ask for toppings but never put it on and forget the kids bag. Kids enjoy the free custard and save the tokens for a free meal.

I don't know if it's the grill or the griller, but the 2 times I've tried a burger here.... it is really crispy on the outside and at the edges. The burger is not good (on the dry side and not much flavor). The Culver's close to where I live (on Broadway) is WAY better (the burgers look right and are really juicy). I did enjoy the cheese curds each time though.

It’s was close to closing time, but Lauren was very polite, considerate and very efficient on having my order correct and in a timely manner! Food was great and the Concrete Mixers are even better! Thanks Lauren, so young.with such a great work ethic! She is and has to be such a positive and beneficial member to the team! I have worked in countless amounts of restaurants growing up from bussing tables, server; dishwasher , cook, as well as managed a couple myself and she is definitely one I would absolutely want around for her hard work ethic and positive energy she brings!!!!

This place is always a great plave to go and have lunch or dinner. I went and it was quite busy inside but I still got my food within 5 minutes. The staff truly care about you and how the food is. There was one employee who had some special needs, but he was so sweet and have out free ice cream scoop coupons. I love this place.
