They are busy and with three people working, the front got a wee bit back up though their delegation of tasks was spot on. One person working drinks and window, another person working food and window, and a third person working front and restocking. One more person working would have produced a faster flow. Especially if they worked the window exclusively and act as backup (when needed) would have freed the coffee maker to just make coffee and the food person to just do food.

I want to give this place 5 stars - but they are ALWAYS out of blueberry muffins and in the morning! What gives? If you always run out than why dont you make more???? Full disclosure - it seems to be a trend in the Denver area - I have been to 2 other locations and they are always out also - can't a girl just get a blueberry muffin???

Usually have a good experience, but today was a waste of my time and money. I ordered a small latte, not specifying hot or iced but assumed to get hot since, you know, lattes are usually hot? Anyway, I get up to the window and they give me iced. I tell them I wanted hot. They quickly come back with a hot latte but don't feel the need to reimburse me for overcharging me for an iced. Then the guy just stares at me and the girl working says what does she want? Wow. The latte tasted awful by the way. Won't be back. But since no one feels the need to respond to the customers negative reviews, I doubt they care anyway.
