Firehouse Subs

I love the hero sub, it's my personal favorite off the menu.

They have very delicious subs and friendly staff. I felt bad because I got their about ten minutes before they close and I hate to do that because well you know.... Anyhow, I was greated with smiling faces and they were happy to help me, that one last customer who shows up right before you are locking the doors to close. Most places would have told me they already put certain things away or it was to late to make something on the menu, but no, not the guys at firehouse. They made exactly what I ordered and they made each sub with love and care. It was my first time ever at any firehouse sub and I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back very soon as well as recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet. The restaurant was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and helpful... the subs were awesome! If your wondering, I had the meatball sub(best meatball sub I've ever had) and I can't remember what my friend got but I tried a bite and it was fresh and delicious!

My favorite hot sandwich restaurant. It pains me to say they are routinely under staffed in Parker. Yesterday my New York Steamer arrived at the table not as ordered (fully involved) and cold. You read that right. A Firehouse sub arrived at our table cold. First time this has ever happened. It came meat, cheese, and bun. I had to send it back for mustard, and all the rest of what makes it "fully involved".

Visited on Father's Day (Jun 16), had a larger order with family. Lobby was busy, and there was a line, but the cashier Ashley was friendly and fast. Some tables were dirty but Ashley was out cleaning as soon as the line cleared. However, the beverage counter was messy, and the soda machine was flat.

Our food took over ten minutes to be served, but this was to be expected with how busy the store was. The food was warm and fresh, high quality as usual. Ashley came to visit guests in the lobby to clear empty baskets and ask how things were. A very pleasant experience.

I'm deducting a star for previous experiences and the beverage counter. But the food has always been nice.
