Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Celebrating my brother's birthday there they sang to him and gave him a free ice cream sundae. My nephew has many allergies and they were very accommodating. The hosts at the restaurant could do a better job with greeting people. Also host was told it was my brothers bday and didn't care enough to tell the waitress. I had to do it after a figured out she didn't know. The front of your restaurant is the face of your restaurant. Need! Better training for hosts!

The last time I visited Red Robin was about 12 years ago, and I remember now why I didn't return sooner. Our curbside pickup order consisted of 2 burgers, 2 fries, a chips and guac appetizer and 2 lemonade smoothies. The bill was just under 60$. The smoothies were great, and were the best part of the meal. The burgers tasted okay, but they were very dry. The steak fries were greasy as if the oil they were cooked in was not at the proper frying temperature. We were given a total of 1 ounce of guacamole despite the fact that we paid for extra. With so many other restaurant choices, it's unlikely that we will return to this establishment.

They do well and treat their dashers nicely with a free cup of fries. We have to ask for it now tho. But they still give it. Really nice touch!

OK, the secret here is to master the kiosk, because you'll need it as the only follow through to the end of your meal. It's ironic, because most of the servers are great - at the start; they are almost like your best pals! However, as the night wears on, they consistently fade away. This is where Mr Kiosk takes over and you'd best learn how to master it, 'cuz you're on your own, baby!
