The Taco Co.

Most Delicious tradition Mexican food in the town of Parker. Exactly like I had in the streets of Guadalajara. Very Very Authentic. My favorite part is being able to dress all the good food however I want with the many choices of the salsa bar. Definitely chef’s kiss of mouth watering flavorful food.

Overall, the tacos I had were pretty good. The steak and carnitas were cooked well and were similar to Mexican tacos you find on the border... But definitely not authentic. The salsa bar is definitely a cool addition. There is definitely a salsa for everyone. I happen to absolutely love tacos and actively seek out new taco places to try. For Parker, this taco shop is something unique amongst the many other Mexican restaurants here. Overall I'd say 4.5 stars, but I'll bump it up to 5 for a new restaurant trying something new in a hard time for the restaurant industry.

We had a great meal and experience here today! Parker is honestly overrun with Mexican restaurants, but The Taco Company is thankfully a good addition. They’re brand new and will continue growing and improving, but the food we received today was stellar. I’m particular, the bean & cheese burrito, the chorizo, and their sauces were all excellent! We will definitely continue going back to try more.

I ordered steak tacos and am sad to say I loved them! The steak was cooked wonderfully and it wasn't chewy. The man working both register and drive through was also so kind! I will definitely be getting more soon!!

We ate there Tuesday, it was great! Had chicken, beef and fish tacos with amazing green chili cheese fries. The salsa bar is neat as well - all of the salsas were very tasty as were the jalapeños. Will be back to try other things for sure !
