Vy - Sushi Bar & Asian Fine Dining

Really impressed. Thought we would stop in Saturday night and try the sushi since we have not had any good sushi in parker in a long time. It was great! So friendly and the sushi was amazing. We will be back and recommend giving this place a try. They also have a full menu if you are not in to sushi.

The ambiance inside is quite nice: a big fireplace with booth and table seating or there is the sushi bar to sit at. We were the only ones there on a late Sunday afternoon so their was no problem with service. Everything was delicious and the presentation was outstanding! I would give them 5 stars if we went back and it was busier and the quality was still the same.

Drop what you are doing and go here for dinner. I had the seafood Diablo and my daughter had the salmon lovers sushi plate. The food was on point from start to finish and the sushi was some of the best I have had in a long time. Our waitress was the owners daughter and the service was excellent. We had an opportunity to meet the owner. He was very nice. The sushi bar is awesome.... I mean my only concern is that once people figure out where it's at the waits will be long because this place is going to be packed. Great job. I can't wait to go back.

My wife and I wanted to try something new, and had been driving past Vy for the last month on our almost daily, Lowe’s trips.

Fantastically fresh sushi, unbelievably friendly service, and just a real “feel good” experience.

We have been back with friends and family, and the warm welcomes we receive, and the continually great food and service rolls in !!

Having moved out into the "burbs", access to a lot, or good restaurants, can be a challenge. Happy to say that one of those really good ones is Vy - Sushi Bar & Asian Fine Dining. My wife and I went last night and sat at the sushi bar, ordered some sake and wine, then asked the sushi chef to use his judgment on creating a "Love Boat" on the menu. The result was a delicious and fresh presentation of various types of fish and rolls. While I would say that the selection of options for sashimi may be limited vs some other, larger sushi bars, it was more than enough to enjoy a varied sampling and the quality was excellent. The service was good, the people friendly and engaging (server and manager who also stopped by to chat), the sushi chef was helpful and attentive. The server was lax in keeping dirty plates cleared or checking back enough to keep drinks fresh, which is the one area to improve. Would love to see more people there (we arrived at 7:45p) to give confidence of the staying power of the restaurant, but to be fair they have only been operating as a "re-branded" restaurant for a few months. Even though only one experience for this review, I would highly recommend this place. I know that I'll certainly be back - will be a new weekly sushi night!
