This was my first purchase with appliance factory. I compared prices for a washer/dryer to both online and other local chain appliance stores. The prices are comparable and they offer a price match if there is a variance.

The thing that sets them apart is the customer service. The show room is spacious and well organized. The representatives are knowledgeable and able to answer questions about the pros and cons of the different appliances in their inventory. They provided a friendly, collaborative environment to help me with my purchase.

They have a great selection and work very hard to find an option that works best for your home and your needs. I also love that they’re able to provide warranties for what they sell. Highly recommend shopping here if you need appliances.
