Beano's Cabin

You need to take a cat to get there, which is cool and unusual experience. Overall, I think the place is a kind of overrated. We’ve been at better restaurants in this resort area. The place is only by reservation. The wait is long , so don’t come here if you are starving. Budget in at least 2 hours for the dinner (there were 2 of us only). It takes them quite a while to serve you food. The drinks were good. The food was decent but not wow. We had Venetian and scallops as well as some salad and an appetizer. The waiters were friendly. It was pretty loud and crowded at this place. I don’t think we will come back here next time we are in Avon skiing though.

Great spot for lunch on the mountain or dinner later on. The food is awesome as well as the service, and there isn’t price gouging like you see at Spruce Saddle or other places

Beano's Cabin is THE experience you are looking for in the Beaver Creek/Vail Valley area. The check-in process is very slick and friendly, and the team managing the sleigh did a great job of helping us get comfortable for the late evening, open air sleigh ride up to the restaurant on the mountain. Very friendly greeting by the host team upon arrival and we were seated promptly. The live music was a treat! Our wait staff team was attentive, friendly and very helpful despite the fact that we were in one of the last seatings very late on Xmas eve. Our group of 5 tried 5 different entrees and we had so much fun sharing with each other. All dishes were outstanding! Wine selections were broad and varied and the assistance we received to aid in our selection was very good. The only drawback of the evening was that the people at the next table brought their own small speaker to their dinner table and played their own music after the live music ended. Quite odd to hear dueling music with the piped in music in the restaurant as well. Thankfully they left shortly after the live music ended so we didn't have to put up with the issue very long. The delightful evening ended with a light snowfall on our way back down the mountain. What a terrific evening. We will return!

The view of the stars on the ride up was breathtaking. Our multi course meal was delicious. Last but not least, was the wait staff, they were friendly, fun and efficient!
