I just had diner at Toscanini a couple of days ago. It was one of the best positive surprises I have had in a long time. Chef Tom prepared a couple of fantastic (both, in presentation and in flavor) appetizers (Thank you Chef Tom) and Sommelier Matthew paired all our dishes with the perfect wine for each of them (Thank you Matthew). All the staff was super professional, nice and friendly. In brief, great food, great wines, great service and all of that in a lovely ambience. One of my favorite restaurants in the Vail Valley.
Alberto Roditi
Great meal in a great village. Had the Pesto pasta dish (great) and my wife had the bolognase (also great). Would be back here again in a heartbeat.
We have been coming to Beaver Creek for 20 years. One constant is Toscanini. We were lucky enough to eat there twice during our recent trip. Both Kathy and Brandi made the food and cocktails even better!
Nice place to have dinner after a long day of skiing. Prices are ok and the wine list is decent. Service is good.
Great place, great food. Nice upbeat staff. We stopped in the bar for a drink after a long day on the road. Very nice bartender, took great care of us, but she was slammed with waiters waiting for drinks. (I thought, "Boy, I hope they don't expect her to service this whole place by herself!" Decided to stay for dinner.
Hostesses were cheery and very accommodating. Our waiter (Some guy with a man-bun, Caleb??, Indian???) Nice guy, and knowledgeable, HOWEVER!!!, He was MIA almost every time we needed something. We had to ask the bus-girl to go find him 3 times. The waiters taking care of the tables around us (Robert?) were constantly checking on their tables, while our waiter was either nowhere to be found, or going across the restaurant with his head down or turned away so as not to be disturbed?
We finally said (to the bus-girl) "Please find our waiter ,tell him to forget the coffee, get our bill, and get us out of there".
"Great place, great food, nice people and atmosphere"
I think they need 2 bartenders at peak times, and 1 new waiter.
