From the quality of the fish to the genuinely enjoyable staff, overall was a great experience! I had family in town who were craving sushi and we gave this place a shot and got so much more than we expected! The curry was as good as the sushi and the fried Oreo truffle and cheesecake desserts were also delicious. Definitely worth a try if you’re driving through!

The food was the best vegan I’ve had in this valley. The chef’s choice was unbelievably fun, creative and delicious. The service was wonderful. The small cozy atmosphere creates a very special experience. Simply yum!

Amazing restaurant!! As soon as we walked in we knew we'd enjoy this place. The vibe is very friendly and laid back which is a nice change of pace in this valley.

The food was top notch, we asked about the Thai house noodle curry bowl which is included in the picture, the owner shared a story about how he came up with this menu item and it was nice to have that personal touch.

Finally made it to this lovely little Sushi/Thai restaurant here in El Jebel and it definitely didn't disappoint. For starters, very intimate atmosphere so a great place for your next date night, love birds out there. Service was impeccable, Chef Paul was very hospitable and Stephanie was great in teaching me all about the menu and recommending things to try on my next visit. Another fun aspect of THC is they double as a coffee shop in the morning and apparently have some really great breakfast burritos and acai bowls! In a valley with no shortage of Japanese restaurants, this one is truly unique and deserving of praise.

My husband and I came for our first date night out since our baby. The server we had was SO kind. He gave us the best service we have had in this Valley. It felt like we were walking into one big happy family. The sushi was incredibly fresh and creative. We will be coming back to try the Thai, too. It was such a great experience.
