Ekahi Grill

If you have ever spent any time in Hawaii and enjoyed the local food, Ekahi nails it. And if you haven't, give it a shot, you wont be disappointed. The staff and service are great as well!

This place is a hidden gem!!!!! We were getting hungry on our way back to Denver after a few days skiing in Aspen, so we looked on google maps and found this random/unique place. So we decided to stop. IT WAS ONE OF OUR BEST DECISIONS OF OUR SKI WEEKEND!!!! We had the Maui Chicken on Volcano Fries, and ordered a side of macaroni salad. Everything we ate was amazing. The chicken + fries dish is a lot of food, my boyfriend and I shared it and it was definitely enough food for the both of us. I wish this place existed in Denver — it is really really great food. Definitely recommend anyone passing by Gypsum to make a pit stop here.

So happy to find this place in Gypsum! The food was delicious and we were greeted with ‘Aloha’ . We had the spicy ahi tuna poke bowls and coconut coffee bubble tea. Everything else looked incredible too. We were so excited to get fresh poke in Colorado and to find this gem. Highly recommend making the trip to Gypsum if you miss the Hawaiian islands, or if you need a break from winter, this place will make you feel like you just hopped a plane and went to Maui.

Ekahi is the best! Everything you want is exceptional. Haven't had a bad meal there. And they brought the sliders back!!!

Good service, clean but very limited seating inside. Lots of tasty choices. My party had spicy chili chicken and haiku chicken and both were good. Sandwich platters have 2 sandwiches. Normal portions are large, ours were half portions.
