    This was the most authentic Mexican food I've had since moving here. I love the fact that you can make almost any dish vegetarian friendly and even vegan. It was a great price for the amount of food you get. 10/10 will be back many more times.

    Yes, there are tons of Mexican restaurants in COS...some family owned and some chains. Some good, some not so good. HOWEVER...the only one we go to anymore is Arceo's on S. Nevada. Forget the somewhat sketchy folks walking around in that area; just park your car and go in. These people have the most amazing Mexican food we've ever eaten! Family-owned/operated; friendly, responsive, great service, never rushing to turn tables over. Try it - you'll LOVE it!

    It's a tiny place, but I'm glad for their food. I ordered the green and red enchilada plate. The green/chicken was marinated well, and while the red/beef wasn't as flavorful, Arceo's is a good option for Mexican food when looking to eat on Nevada.

    They make great rice and frijoles, I'm looking forward to eating there again. The servers care that their customers are happy and it's a great family place. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and the dishes are packed. The margaritas are awesome!
