Amazing service! The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the crab cake and sirloin steak, both were cooked and seasoned to perfection. My husband had the Imperial cod, which just melted in your mouth with buttery deliciousness. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit.

This is a great franchise. I enjoyed the service and food, but this places gets incredibly busy so make a reservation. The pesto olive oil dipping sauce is amazing. The house wine selection is very good but doesn't have the selection I normally see. The owner stopped by our table and was very polite and kind.

It's been a while since we had the opportunity to come and enjoy Bonefish. We made a reservation for 7:30 and showed up right on time. It was a Friday evening so we expected it to be busy. We were seated within 10 minutes which was great, but then we were forgotten about for 20 minutes until I finally grabbed a staff member and asked for someone to help us. In that 20 minutes we heard the servers around complaining that they couldn't even get to the tables around us to get their order or even deliver their food. I have never seen it so packed with tables and chairs. As a bigger guy I wouldn't have made it into a few of those tables. I get maximizing the opportunity to serve and enjoy the success, but this is too crowded to enjoy a quality meal at a quality price. The restaurant definitely took care of us in trying to make up for forgetting us for a bit. But the packed environment definitely takes away from a lovely evening.

Well Done from start to finish. The young lady who was our server (did not get her name) (she was training Cory) was a real pro. Friendly, helpful, not overbearing. Five of us in our party. Each our our meals was served hot, prepared very well and presented well. Cod, Filet, Salmon and Fish /tacos were all very good. Bill was $230 for 5 of us and well worth it. Owner made a point to come by and see how our meal was as he has done in the past. The place had a huge crowd(Christmas eve) and the staff did not appear to be one bit overwhelmed. Planning on making it our new Christmas tradition. Well Done!
