Buffalo Wild Wings

SADLY, on Super bowl Sunday I waited on boneless wings(my sons will only eat boneless wings) and got home & my order was wrong. 18 wings and money wasted because they are very picky about their food. I called for a refund but they are not accommodating me. YES, I waited in the bar for the food and they reassured me it was right, so I believed them. Bag and ticket did not match. I get the fact there was a line for take outs but you had a system in place but in this case it failed terribly. I did not rush the servers and drank a beer while we drank a beer while we waited. I guess I will call back again and maybe someone will talk to me to refund my money. I hate having to deal with refunds! I wish they could have just got my order correct because my son's ended up ordering pizza and that order was correct.

I enjoyed my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. The hostess who greeted us was very pushy and assumed we wanted to be flirted with. The place was packed and showing multiple sports games on many monitors. I got the buffalo blue cheese burger. It was good, not great. The service was better than expected. I'll be back, but won't order this burger again. The flavors were just bizarre.

A great atmosphere, as usual. Ive only been to a couple BWW before in different places before, and they where all awesome. But this once did not sit right with me, especially the wings. They where a bit dry, barely being covered in the sauce, and the wings themselves, their strange texture made them a little difficult to chew.
I hope it was just a one time thing but overall this is a good restaurant. Would definitely come back (but probably not for wings)

This place has a vibrant atmosphere! I was greeted right away by Emily. It really set the tone for Monday night football. The food was great. The staff was great!
