Food was delicious, and hot. Order was correct and the staff was friendly and fast

Ordered a curbside ToGo, the experience was very fast and easy. When I arrived there was at least 15 cars, I couldn’t help to notice how busy it was. There was a single employee running back and forth through the parking lot, and when I say running he was literally running. This man was going above and beyond to make sure that every customer was taken care of and it was done so quickly. This man was an older gentleman named Pat, he was definitely the most impressive and passionate person I have ever met in the service industry. Thank you Pat, you have made my ToGo experience with Chili’s a wonderful one. I will be returning often. Give Pat a raise!!!

I decided to visit this Chilis for a wonderful little solo lunch. Their food overall was pretty good standard. The chicken crispers with broccoli and corn on the cob was fantastic while the chips and salsa is one of the best chain chips and salsa appetizers in the USA.

The food was plentiful and came out hot. The only reason I give four stars is due to the fact that service was painfully slow. It was due to probably an understaffing issue rather than an actual employee problem. The server was trying her best to keep up but the bar was packed and she was the only one serving at least 20+ people. Hopefully they don’t leave her to drown again!

We already tend to get Pat, and at first I thought he was so casual and low key stuff would get messed up, but he is casual about it all because he is ON TOP OF IT! Offering to bring kids food first, refills, regular checking in our silent service depending on our day. Already great when Pat is taking care of us! ????

Enjoy this Chili's have been a patron for a good while.. Food is adequately priced for portion size.. typically not overcrowded or busy unless its peak hours... Nice place to watch Thursday night Football.. pickle chips on the tripler was the Bomb..!!!
