Chuy's

Chuy's is great. Our food was delicious. It was really helpful that our server, Ash, explained the menu. She was knowledgeable and ready to help. It's helpful you can change the sauce on any item, if it doesn't suit your taste. We will return.

Good food & atmosphere. Staff was fantastic. Special shout out for Stephen. He was awesome! ! There was 9 of us and he stayed on top of all our needs without us asking and always with a smile or laugh. Wish wait staff at all restaurants were that personable. A+++

So I expected this place to be very chain food. I was wrong, so so wrong. We walked in and were greeted with a great smell and a wall of funny Tshirts that I plan on coming back to buy a few. We sat down were well taken care of with drinks, chips, amazing Salsa, and another dip type. Picked out a tasty lunch from the menu it arrived hot and was delicious. Great ingredients, packed full of flavor, even the beans and rice were super tasty. I even got a punch card to work up to a free lunch! I look forward to becoming a regular at this amazing establishment.

In August 2019 we visited the location in Denver and really had a good time. It was super busy, we found a spot in the bar ordered drinks and then we quickly had to pay because our table was already available. My Grand Niece really was floored by the the chip & dip buffet and our meals were good. On the Friday night after Christmas, we decided to go to the Colo. Springs location around 6pm and there was 1-1/2 hour wait, so we decided to go elsewhere.......so we have yet to get another “Chuy’s fix”. Can’t wait!

We went to dinner here on my birthday. Mexican food for our family is very tricky since my wife is allergic to tomatoes. The manager and staff took an amazing amount of care to make sure my wife's meal was free of tomatoes and even plated the meal herself to make sure clean gloves were used while plating her meal. The food was absolutely delicious. The frozen margaritas Hit the spot. Will definitely be going back again
