First time there they took the time to explain their menu thoroughly and in such a friendly way I love it. The man with the wicked cool mustache was super nice and the woman up front was also super nice. So many flavors and they have a loyalty card. New favorite!

I am from Texas and we have real snow cones down south. The kind that melts in your mouth and you truly feel like you've just eaten snow from heaven. Well, Sno-Balls may not be serving up snow from heaven but they are serving some soft snow cones at a slamming good deal. We come from monument and will drive 30 minutes to bring a sweet treat for our family. Cost for a small is $2 and the small is a great size.

Creative and fun. A ton of different flavors for some super bizarre combinations.

Felt like it was a tad pricey considering you’re buying frozen water and sugar with some food coloring but the employees make up for it by being liberal with the flavoring.

It’s tough to keep a place like that clean—especially with kids running around. The floor and counter were sticky enough to permanently adhere to one’s skin but the atmosphere was great and the employees were very kind.

We’ll definitely go again. It was a great summer treat for those especially hot weekends.

This is a small business that has been in town for a while but they didn't have a permanent location. Now they are set into a building with several machines and staff while keeping their awesome prices. I can take my daughter out for a cool snack that she loves and know that they'll be consistent. Others must be noticing too during these these hot summer months cause it's not a rare thing to have a long line. Even when you're at the back of that line it's not a long wait and it's definitely worth it.
