(September 6, 2018, 4:08 am)The Velo Vegan Burger is out of this world amazing! They use the Impossible Burger, and it is freakishly good when cooked on the grill. Definitely worth a visit if you’re at Criterium Bikes or riding along the New Santa Fe Trail. Fair prices, excellent beer selection, and top-notch food!

You can bike all over Colorado Springs from this spot and know that you can get a local beer with great food at good prices with no BS (tax included in menu price, well played!) as well as take care of any of your bike needs. I’d come by here for a non-riding experience as well, nice spot to hang out and watch the mountains go by.

(June 4, 2018, 2:39 am)Highly recommend! Really nice stop on Santa Fe trail, located next to crierium bike shop. Menu has burgers, brats, hot dogs, etc. They serve beer and wine. We had the veggie burger and it was delicious!
