Dion's is my go to place for pizza in Colorado Springs. They always do a great job. My only complaint is that they don't directly deliver. They are generous with the toppings. Depending on the time of day, the place can be a zoo. I like going mid-afternoon when there aren't a ton of pizza goers.

Warning: the mid-sized salad is huge.

Important tip: they sell pizza by the slice

Drink notice: they have Diet Dr. Pepper on tap.

Quality has gone down a bit. Salads are not as fresh or full as they used to be. Also, for to-go orders, stuff is being missed - salad utensils, napkins, etc. Sandwiches are drier than normal - bread is harder, meat looks old, etc. We love this place, but it's not our go-to anymore due to lack of quality.

UPDATE: Very unfortunate. I have to lower my rating from the original 4 stars down to 2 stars. We had yet another bad experience, getting the order wrong, sandwiches made explicitly uncaringly, and ultimately a manager who very obviously didn't care about making things right. I told her (manager) that we weren't feeling good and just wanted to get something good to take home. Didn't matter.

Got home from picking up the food - chef salad, pastrami sandwich, and turkey sandwich - and one sandwich had the wrong side and dressing, the other sandwich was so scarcely made it was barely a sandwich. When I called the restaurant, the manager told me the only way to make things right was for me to bring in the receipt (which we didn't get) to the store. It's the only way she could refund our money, or she'd lose her job. As stated above, I told her we weren't feeling well, but she just repeated the sane thing. We've spoken to a different manager on a separate occasion where things weren't right, and he was extremely helpful in making things right. Thus the reason for my stating things have gone downhill.

At this point, because of what occurred tonight, we will not be coming back. Sad things went this way.

UPDATE: Dion's management has made good based on my last reviews. Since the latest, quality has definitely improved. Thank you, Dion's, for listening and having humility and integrity. Your business does not disappoint.

I like it better than Mod Pizza across the street. One of my favorite pizza places in the Springs. Oh they use green chillies as a topping too.

One of the best pizzas in Colorado Springs. We have ordered both the 505 (pepperoni and green chili) and regular pepperoni pizzas. If you love green chili, the 505 is definitely for you. We always order a family size chef salad. Their salads are great! So fresh with the perfect mix of veggies, meat and cheese. You have got to get their green chili ranch dressing. It is the best! We order online and use the drive-thru for pickup. The inside of the restaurant is clean and large.
