I do a lot of smoking myself so I’m always particular and usually disappoint by restaurant BBQ. Not with these guys though, when I don’t have time but I want some ribs or brisket I come here. Just saw they are back in a new spot and told the wife that’s what’s for dinner tonight.

Ok let me make this VERY clear I DO NOT leave reviews, today on my way home I happened to pass Humble BBQ here in Meridian, decided to make a purchase in no shape or form expecting to google so I can leave a review...not only is this the best brisket by far, the sides that went with it where amazing! I usually eat my brisket with BBQ sauce no need for the sauce with Humble BBQ brisket. Wow, just amazing absolutely delicious. Thank you for taken pride in your business and truly maken the best BBQ brisket I’ve ever had.
we ordered the Brisket sandwich, full rack, Jumbo baked potato, BBQ beans and 1/2 Lb of sausage. My wife and I enjoyed the meal. The meat didn't need the bbq sauce as it was so flavorful without it. Great taste and great flavor. We will definately be back and order more now that we know where the truck is.
Grabbed dinner from here last night and it was fantastic. Both the pork and brisket were very moist. Our sides were coleslaw, beans and mac & cheese . All delicious. Flavorful BBQ sauces too.
