The atmosphere felt mostly clean & had a modern update feeling to the dining experience. The service was prompt and friendly. All in all was a smooth process. The restroom could use a small update. I was happy with my visit though.
They remodeled completely since the last time I was there. Service was initially slow, but the place was very clean and the food was great. I'd leave five stars if there wasn't syrup smears along the paper ad they have above the syrup holder!
IHOP now has Gluten-friendly pancakes and waffles! They were willing to do what they could to keep as much gluten away from my food as possible!! So amazing!!! Great stop!
My stomach always just rumbles after IHOP but I love the atmosphere and the staff too much to stop going. Highly recommend the omelets over the pancakes if you're a savory person. The slasher drinks were really good and the coffee is pretty great
I don’t write reviews often but I had to rave about my late-night experience. After a night out in CO Springs, my friends wanted to stop and eat before continuing home to Denver. As someone with a dairy allergy, 24-hour chain restaurants terrify me, especially when their premise revolves around buttermilk pancakes and butter in general. I asked our server, Jacob, if they had an allergy menu (they do not) and if they use butter on the grill (they do). So I assumed I would only be able to have some French fries and that would just have to hold me over. Jacob then told me that they could get out a fresh pan and cook a hamburger patty in it with spray oil. MY HERO! Then, while waiting for our food, I could hear the cook tell him that he accidentally put cheese on the burger patty. Jacob then brought out everyone else’s food and I was nervous about mine, thinking the cook might just try to pull the cheese off of it to save himself some work (which would have made me so sick). Instead, Jacob said the cook made a mistake and they were remaking it for me. I was SO grateful to hear that. I’m more than happy to wait a few more minutes if it means I’m not going to get sick. Big kudos to Jacob and the cook last night. I really appreciated the care they put into making sure I could still enjoy a meal with my friends, especially at 2am after enjoying drinks all night.
