    It took them about 9 minutes to get me my sub. They never apologized for the wait or offered an explanation. The bread on the sandwich was hard and waay over toasted which kind of ruined the sandwich. This is the first time I've experienced slow service and bad food at this location, otherwise I'd give it 1 star.

    Not only did l get great service and a great sandwich, l was very impressed with how the lead employee handled a complete tool bag of a customer who was giving him a hard time for no reason. Based on my experience, l highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location.

    The subs we got were good as always. However, the customer needs to improve. We walked in without one single employee present greeting us. They didn't greet any of the other customers either. It's just common courtesy in that work environment to greet customers when they enter the restaurant.
