This is a vacuumed pack meal, from Albertsons. On sale it was 8.00, and I thought it would be worth it, since I'm single retiree, who doesn't cook much.
First one was BBQ. Meat want bad, potatoes not so good. I put in skillet and toasted, a little better.
Lots of potatoes...
Second one was meatloaf. Meatloaf was good, again mostly potatoes, that needed something??
It said it serves 7, 7 kids maybe. 2 men, if they like the potatoes.. would make two great sandwich s
I've tried two of the meals so far and plan to try the others on my family. The pasta was somewhat mushy but I think I overcooked it. The other one was roasted meatloaf and chopped seasoned potatoes. Very delicious fresh ingredients plus lower sodium!! Super easy to cook in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 minutes! Enjoyed it!!
