Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Went here on a Friday night, and the place was packed. We only had to wait about 20 min for a table. The service was prompt and very accommodating. Our food came fast and hot. It tasted very good; we were pleased. This location is well managed.

Had the best experience ever from there just now! We just came from there and it was amazing, all thanks to Steve (I believe that's his name, he had tattoos and glasses). He was in the festive cheer, with a Santa hat and a light up necklace. His attitude and attentiveness truly made coming here unforgettable. He went out of his way to make us comfortable, especially our son. He engaged with him, making him laugh and generally being a great host. His recommendations were spot on, displaying a vast knowledge of the food. Truly one of a kind, we definitely will make an effort to have him as our waiter next time.

Open, paved, free parking with handicap spots up by building. Wheelchair friendly parking and entrance. Gender specific restrooms that are wheelchair friendly. Restaurant is lit, clean, and welcoming. Had music overhead that was seasonal for Christmas and a bit too loud for my taste. There was no waiting when we went in, but quite a few people waiting when we left. Guess we hit the right time! Friendly hostess ushered us to our table and a waiter was available in less than two minutes. We were able to see Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods from our table, so was a scenic view.
Food was served quickly. It was hot and delicious. My steak was done a bit more than the 'medium' I ordered but was juicy, tender and delicious. Italian dishes and calamari were outstanding. The waiter was excellent. He checked us just right to be available but not a bother. Good here is not expensive, but very reasonable for a nice sit down meal. I would recommend the Olive Garden for a nice, unhurried meal.

David and Michael are two of the most efficient managers of the Olive Garden chain. They have totally turned around an average place into an exceptional restaurant.
Ashley is a superior waitperson, is attentive, and checks in with us for coffee, ice water and limes and lemons. That is terrific.She works there on Mondays and Tuesdays. We love to sit in her section.
The salad was fixed especially as I like it, and she made certain the pieces of lettuce and veggies were chopped up real fine, so that I could eat and swallow it. These are very kind tasks making things oh so pleasant to come here.
This restaurant has become one of our favorite locations.
Kay is a very sweet hostess and seated us where the air circulation is higher than other parts of the place, so that we can be especially comfortable. We will be back soon, because we are cared for and pampered when we come!!
