Very generous helpings. Be prepared to take some home. Delicious omelettes. Don't know about deserts. Didn't have one. Good Bloody Mary's with lots of garnish extra for additional $1.50, well worth it. Delish!
This place is a perennial favorite for locals. Mimosas made with fresh squeezed OJ! Buttermilk biscuits to melt in your mouth. I've been coming here for years. It may just be the perfect place for breakfast or brunch. Great for families and large groups. Be sure to take in the local history that is shared through the menu and the photos on walls.
Good selection of breakfast foods with respectable portions. Service was very friendly, even considering how busy it was going on a Sunday morning.
Only gripe would be that it did take a while to get the food I ordered but as I said before, it was packed in the restaurant.

The Omelette Parlor was amazing! We had eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon and a Belgian waffle. The waffle was one of the best I have ever had. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. The atmosphere is unique, charming and very pleasant. It is an historical building with some interesting history. The bathrooms were clean. We will most likely return when we are in the Springs again!
Nice location and good parking. I had the chicken fried steak and it was bomb! Husband had something else I don't remember what it's called but it was also bomb. My friend had the chili fries, my daughter got a junior pancake cheap and also bomb. Cheap and delicious food. Our waiter had a lot of tables and she still was able to keep are drinks filled
