This Panera’s location seems to be struggling. For a long time, any time I ordered from here, I received consistent excellent service and wonderful food.

In the last few months, twice, I got a call, on the day that I was to pick up a large order, telling me that they messed up and did not have enough bagels for the order. Both times, I was offered a partial order. Can you imagine, if I had ordered the food for a company brunch and I was left to scramble to find something else in one hour?

I ordered days in advance, but only was told about their mistake about one hour before, my order was to be ready. The first time this happened, I let it go. Everyone makes mistakes, but for the same mistake to happen again, soon after the first time, is a major issue.

Also, during the second call, I was told that I need to make large orders at least three days in advance. I had. The manager should have checked that before the call. He sounded like he was blaming me for their mistakes. This is not the great customer service that I am used to, at this location.

On top of the ordering disasters, the last time that I went to this location, the bagels were so overcooked that I threw most away.

I truly hope that this is a bump in the road and their consistent service and product will return to its formerly excellent levels. I really like the people that work here.

Daughter didn’t receive the sandwich she ordered and she went up to tell them and they handled it with class and professionalism..! Great job to the associate(s) making sandwiches..!

Always a great experience with this Panera. The food is quality and the customer service is great. The staff are kind and always go above and beyond to resolve even minor issues.

Consistently good coffee and pastries. The manager seems to be doing a good job maintaining a quality experience. If there's any problem just let them know.
