Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I went in to order tonight and the young woman there told me they would be with me in a minute. I waited by the counter patiently while the three employees talked on and on about what characters they were in some movie. I literally felt invisible. I finally asked again to order and at that point we all realized there had been a miscommunication. At any rate- young people, you are there to serve your customer. I will definitely not be returning.

New management - yea!!! We have purchased pizza from this store a couple of time a month since they opened. Great service & pizza. However in February there was a very evident drop in quality of pizzas, service, and cleanliness. Luckily that issue was resolved. Now their pizza is back to being top notch! Thanks to Catherine, an employee who always goes above and beyond to make her customers happy! That girl needs a raise!

Ever since they’ve had new management, this Papa Murphy’s has been so much better. The store always looks clean, the new staff is really friendly and they make your pizzas so much faster than the last crew. For sure my favorite location now!
