Paravicini's Italian Bistro

Second time in... had the mussels with white wine sauce and spaghetti and meatballs. Mussels were delicious but spaghetti was kind of bland. I sat at the bar and Drew, the bartender was absolutely fabulous. He gave me a great wine recommendation, was super quick with my drink and meal and was so friendly and awesome. This dude deserves a raise! I will definitely come back but might avoid the spaghetti...

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s wedding on January 17. When we arrived the seating was very tight for our party of nine. One member of our party was half seated at the table. The waitress was very sympathetic knowing we were there for a wedding celebration and asked the hostess three times to allow for more space. After the 3rd attempt, the hostess came over very annoyed and added a table to allow for more space. Although the food and the waitress (Valerie, I think was her name) were excellent, I only gave four stars because of the hostess’ attitude.

The best Italian Restaurant ever!!! Service and every single dish we've tried is excellent every time. Our favorite Italian place for sure. We've even made a day trip from Denver just to eat here. It's that good!! So much flavor, cooked to perfection! A MUST when visiting Colorado Springs or Denver, it's worth the drive!!!

A true dining experience. From the moment you enter you realize that this not your average restaurant, the decor and ambiance are warm and welcoming and a cut above most bistro style eateries .
All of the staff were informed, attentive and friendly. The wait staff is especially skilled and knowledgeable of all the items on the menus .
And then comes the food. Absolutely amazing from start to finish . Not a single misstep on any part of the meal. The quality and attention to detail of everything presented was simply first rate.

A very authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Old Colorado City. The decor is rustic but quite elegant. The cuisine is as exquisite as the paired wines, and list of wines to choose from is not disappointing. Some their selected wines are hard to come by. If you love to wine and dine, I would not exclude this restaurant from your itinerary on a visit to Colorado. Interesting fact... I found out later into my meal that this restaurant was featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives... and I'm not surprised. This is an excellent restaurant. ????
