The greatest restaurant we have been to in a long while. The Tabasco fried chicken was the best meal away from our own kitchen. Equally superb was the manager Christine and David Everson. Both made us feel right at home and David is masterful in his profession—amazing people skills and should be a consultant for other restaurants’ staff....no, rather a consultant for all companies’ staff. Our #1 place to go for now on. One last thing, the vegan burgers and whiskey cheesecake are amazing!

We came in here to have an early dinner for our honeymoon. Atmosphere is great, food is DELICIOUS, beers are an awesome price during happy hour, and the staff are amazing.

I think every year I come back to Colorado, we'll be eating here. Highly recommend the shepherd's pie and vegan shepherd's pie!

Wife thought the fish and chips were decent, I got the shepherds pie based on our servers suggestion. Micro ground beef, grease and red sauce. Didn't eat it and the $14 cost was offset by Monday's $4 margarita special. Staff was fine and restaurant was clean. Beer may be great, didn't try any.

First time here and was pretty pleased. Nice atmosphere, got sat right away as I called in to reserve. Ordered the grilled shrimp with risotto. Pretty darn good! My daughter got the bacon mac & cheese, the hubs got the phantom burger. They both enjoyed it. The waitress was sweet, & on it

A really wonderful pub with great service, pretty good food, and a great selection of beers. I greatly enjoyed the barrel aged Scottish ale, though be careful if you are driving - it is about twice as strong as normal beer. Phantom Canyon is not crazy loud so you can carry on a conversation inside. They also have outdoor seating.
