YEEEESSSS!! Definitely a hidden Hawaiian gem! You’re welcomed with an “Aloha” and the food is cooked to order and you can tell they actually care about the food. It’s delicious!! Way way way better than any lame Hawaiian chain. This place and the food is legit and will most likely be a part of my weekly dinner plans.

Some people have wonderful things that happen daily. Let me provide you a little piece of an experience. I took a co-worker to a small business restaurant, located in Colorado Springs. My co-worker has never had the type of food she had for lunch today. The hospitality was laid back and comfortable. Food was great and tasty, for the first time visit my co-worker wants to got back and try a different plate. She enjoyed her lunch/food which was tasty and filling. If you are every in Colorado Springs you will need to check the small business off Academy, it servers several different Hawaiian Plates. Stop by the "Roots Cafe"

Let's start by saying walking in and being addressed with aloha when I stepped in was a pleasant surprise. Next the freshness and quality of food is amazing. The taste brings back memories. Roots is by far the best Hawaiian restaurant in Colorado springs and could be the best in the front range. Lastly if you are considering trying you won't be disappointed.
