Picked up a slice of their white pizza. Tasted good but I have had better in the Springs. The staff was very friendly and nice while the wait wasn’t too bad. They all shared why they loved to work there and they made me smile when I was there. Sure it’s not the best NYC pizza in Colorado Springs, but they do have a friendly staff and the pizza itself it still pretty good.
This place is our go to when we want a good pizza. Yes the price is a little high but for good food I’m willing to pay the price. I am from the east coast and i know good pizza. Out of all the places in this town Hell’s Kitchen is the closest to home. Today we tried the hell fire wings and I was really impressed. They were crunchy and spicy. Not only is the food good but the customer service is great as well. I am always asked if i enjoyed my meal and it’s always good conversation with the employees.
My family went there last week for the first time. We got a huge pizza and five wings to try out. The wings were the best we have had,as the skin was crunchy and the wings were smothered in sauce. The next week we ordered 20 of the wings and this time the skin was soggy and the sauce was cooked into the wings. Both types of wings were good. i liked the original crunchy ones better. I just don't understand the inconsistency on how the chicken is prepared. Does management let the cooks cook the food however they please? Also the price for large salad is too high for the portion of salad and toppings they give.
Love the name. Makes me think of Gordon Ramsey. And I feel like this type of pizza is amazing!!! Hellzfire is a spicy one, and they even have a Mac and Cheese pizza!!! Really awesome place for a quick lunch, or if you're ordering out. Especially if you love New York style pizza.
Co-worker insisted we tried and I am glad we did. I wasn't a fan of the knots but the others in our group sure we're. It took a bit longer to get my order out (maybe 10 minutes tops) and he loaded me up with a few extra knots. I had the Hellfire and the Veggie pizza. Can't say which I prefer, but recommend a slice of each. First the Hellfire then a slice of veggie to cool things off. Fresh cut slightly crispy veggies were very fresh. After having it with friends I had to share with my family. Just brought home a half Hawaiian half veggie and they destroyed it. I wish there was one closer to home in the NE corner of town but having the Cheyenne Mountain location close to work makes it somewhat convenient. I look forward to trying every type they offer l. The service is the cherry on top. The guy who's working there seemingly running the place is super friendly and will shoot the breeze with the customers as they wait and he's a whirlwind of pizza making fury.
