Saigon Springs

Well guess it all depends on who is working.
Been a few times and ate there and everything was great. This time we got $45 worth or takeout.
Pho was barely enough for a small and ordered a large.
The egg rolls the size of fingers.
The tofu and veggies was enough for a snack.
Probably will not go back...too bad.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado Springs. Due to allergies I usually avoid Vietnamese and Thai restaurants. This is an exception because i can depend on the vegetarian offerings: in particular the Vegetarian Spring Rolls and the Pad Thai Chai. The flavors are good consistently and the portions are generous. I was pleased to cal in an order and have it ready upon arrival...nice service. It is clear why this location continues to thrive. I'll be back soon!

Saigon Springs was the first Vietnamese restaurant I ate at after moving to Colorado Springs, and it was exceptional, as good as I'd had anywhere. Since then, I have eaten there many times and it doesn't always live up to that first trip, even when ordering the same dishes. My favorite order is pork noodle bowl, but the flavor of the pork marinade varies from trip to trip.

Great service even on Saturday night. I liked the fact that you can have it your way. I am plant based foodie. This is a perfect place to eat for me.
