Starbucks

Normally would give 5 stars, but giving 3 becausethe person taking my order didn't confirm my order and ended up getting something I didn't order and didn't know until I was about 3 miles away when first taking a sip. I had ordered a Chai Tea Latte with soy and asked for a dash of pepper and was given Chai Tea Latte with soy with a pump of peppermint.

I was not wearing a mask when ordering and know that I was at volume to be heard. Normally adore Starbucks, but this location order taker (which there was no line behind me) acted in a hurry and didn't confirm nor provide receipt of the order.

With the said, the place was con enient, very clean, open space, good supply of merchandise and quick wait time.

Friendly staff, was in drive through but had to come in because my truck wouldn't start in the drive through. Rolled back into a parking spot. The staff here is, Friendly, professional and my order was perfect. A white chocolate mocha and 2 cake pops. Got back outside and my truck started.

The staff here is what makes this place! Always cheerful. Always sweet. If I forget to ask for a pup cup they always offer when they see my pooch. They really make my morning here. On a couple occasions they have had extra items they made accidentally and offered them to me. They run more like a small town coffee shop rather than a big chain and I love that! Plus they always make the best drinks!
