    Ohhhhh Starbucks. Still the BEST!

    Love the new Pistachio drink! Give it a try if you're looking for something different and of course like Pistachios 😉👍

    I really hate to leave bad reviews but this is sadly the time I have to. Staff is super nice and I understand that it gets busy and sometimes orders criss cross but having to wait 45 minutes for a black coffee when I was the only one in line is kinda ridiculous. They admitted they just straight up forgot and got it for me right after I asked about it. That being said they did get to it right away and apologized so I can't be mad about it

    Outstanding customer service! The night crew goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. They are extremely friendly and helpful in finding a new drink that I may like. The team even came up with one that Starbucks should inquire about For future business!

    Alyssa provided the best customer service today! I visited the drive thru on 11/4 to get my drink and it was made incorrectly. I called and spoke with Alyssa and she said to come back and they would remake it. I went back today 11/6, and Alyssa was working. As I started explaining what happened, Alyssa knew exactly who I was AND what drink I was coming for. I know this lady sees hundreds of people a day and for her to remember who I was and my drink choice was just fabulous. Stellar customer service! Thank you Alyssa, you made my day! 😊
