Steak 'n Shake

Frisco burger was soggy, milkshake (assuming it was frozen to begin with, was all liquid with pieces of the candy all sunk to the bottom. All within less than a five minute drive to our hotel. For $30 for two, we could have gotten take out from one of the many nice restaurants in the area to choose from. Seems like a nice place and worth giving a try, but definitely recommend trying the dine-in option to enjoy their vast array of burger creations. The staff was excellent. No doubt the service will be excellent.

Our first visit here was amazing. The food was fresh and made with quality ingredients. The staff here are super nice and accommodating. Laura H. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about - our experience was amazing! We actually moved here from central Illinois, where Steak N Shake started, and this one was even better than the original locations. The food was great - way less greasy than back home and neatly put together. Customer service was amazing - we were seated promptly and served very attentively by Jordan. Our food came out in 10-15 minutes. Everything was correct, hot, and tasty. The establishment was very clean and looked nice, though it was a bit cold. All in all, a great visit! We'll definitely be back!

It is always fresh and tastes great, but very...very slow. This place is supposed to be fast food. We did go inside. Ordered 2 meals plus a kids mac and cheese and It took about 20-25 min before we received our food. People were getting up and leaving, canceling their orders because it was taking so long. They definitely need to get their stuff together.
